Ferrari 12Cilindri

The Ferrari 12Cilindri, the flagship supercar from Maranello, is now available for orders, with starting prices of Rs. 8.5 Crore for the coupe and Rs. 9.15 Crore for the Spider (both ex-showroom).

Ferrari, the Italian luxury car brand, offers expensive options for its 12Cilindri model in India, with some standardized features. Although these features will have an additional cost, they are based on customer preferences like axle lifters, Scuderia shields, and painted brake calipers. Future buyers will also have the option for customizable interiors, which is a positive strategy.

Ferrari 12Cilindri: Engine & Design

The 12Cilindri features a 6.5-litre Naturally Aspirated V12 engine that generates 830 HP, driving the rear wheels via an 8-speed Dual Clutch Transmission for quick shifts, achieving more power than the 812 Superfast without turbocharging.

Ferrari 12Cilindri: Price & Market

The 12Cilindri will compete with the Lamborghini Reveulto and Aston Martin Vanquish, launching next month, and will offer both coupe and spider variants from the beginning of production, deviating from Ferrari’s usual launch strategy.

One intriguing aspect of the “Dodici Cilindri” is its lower price compared to the Ferrari Purosangue, which is set at Rs. 10.5 Crore (ex-showroom), making it pricier than the flagship supercar. This presents a slight irony, as those seeking a new V12 Ferrari can consider the 12 Cilindri as a more economical option.
